While we strive for punctuality, unexpected external factors are beyond our control and may cause early arrivals or delays. These unforeseen circumstances include, but are not limited to, traffic conditions and severe weather.

We provide local delivery (within Singapore) and delivery charges will be charged at checkout depending on location. We will ensure the cake is placed stably in the delivery vehicle when the cake leaves to your address.

Free Self-collection is available on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The self-collection location is 1 Woodlands Height, Singapore 737859.

All our exquisite cakes are prepared on a pre-order basis to ensure the highest quality and freshness for your special occasion. Hence, there will be a lead time of 2 days for all orders.

We won’t be able to fulfil any orders that did not fall within the required ordering lead time. We reserve the right to deny any late order request / changes.

  • Our standard flat delivery fee is $12.80. Please note that selecting a specific time slot may incur additional fees. 
    For example, if you've selected the 8.00am to 10.00am time slot, the delivery fee will be
     $12.80 + additional fee of $28 = $40.80.
    These surcharges are calculated based on your chosen time slot and will be included in the total delivery fee presented at checkout.
  • Enjoy free delivery for all orders totaling $150 and above. This free service is offered as a standard full-day delivery window between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM ($12.80). Please note that selecting any other specific time slot will incur additional surcharges. A location surcharge of $5 also applies to deliveries heading to Sentosa, Tuas, Marina Bay Sands, CBD, Loyang & Changi.
  • Please note that there will be an additional fee of $5 for deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas, Marina Bay Sands, CBD, Loyang & Changi area (Postal codes starting with 01, 49, 50, 62, 63, 81 & 09), which will be added automatically when checking out.
  • For deliveries to hotels, shopping malls, and other restricted zones (eg. Mandai, Changi Resort), the cake would have to be strictly collected from the main lobby or nearest pick up point by default. If you wish for delivery directly to your room or restaurant, please write in to us. A surcharge of $5 (excluding GST) would apply.

Please ensure that you are contactable and have arranged for someone to receive the cake.

If you are unable to receive your delivery, your order will be returned to 1 Woodlands Height, Singapore 737859. No second delivery will be made.

To retrieve your order, you may opt to:

- Self-collect at 1 Woodlands Height, Singapore 737859 (available on Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM)

- Arrange a third-party delivery service to collect on your behalf. Do provide them with your invoice number.

We appreciate your order! To ensure the efficiency and freshness of all deliveries, all orders are scheduled to arrive within the chosen time slot.ㅤPlease note that due to the careful optimisation of our delivery routes, we are unable to accommodate requests for delivery at, by, or after a specific time (e.g., exactly at 2:00 PM). Our drivers follow a carefully planned route that includes multiple stops per trip.

Amendments are subjected to availability and BB Atelier reserved the right to accept or reject requests.

As all our cakes are delicate food items, we strictly do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with taste. We encourage customers to review the cake details carefully before placing an order.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment will need to be made in advance prior to confirmation.

Yes. We do 1 candle, 1 topper and a disposable cake knife.

Our cakes are not halal-certified; however, we do not use lard or pork in our products. If you have any questions or any additional cake requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All of our cakes are produced in the same kitchen that handles wheat, nuts, and dairy.

We do not have any gluten-free, dairy-free nor eggless cakes in our studio at the moment. Please refer to the individual product description for a more detailed list of allergens.

Our cakes are best consumed on the date of purchase for optimal taste and flavour. However, you may keep the cakes chilled for up to 3 days and it is stable in any air-conditioned area for 1.5 hours.

We recommend consuming the cake on the day of collection. If you are unable to finish the cake, you may keep the remaining slices in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 2 days.

Yes, BB Atelier is a GST-registered company (GST No. 201433672Z). To provide transparency and convenience, all product prices listed on our website are inclusive of the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST). The price you see is the final price you pay for the product.
